Most of the time I buy my ties from a physical store, can you tell me if your ties are thin or thick?

We don't believe you can truly be 'Dapper' with a thin tie. All of our neckwear is made using a thicker interlining and a higher thread count of woven silk, so that the quality remains high. Thicker ties are typically more resilient and last longer.  They also are able to make a firm and full knot, which is what we all want.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

All orders are shipped out the next business day. Weekend orders will be shipped on the following business day. Shipping times vary depending on which method of shipping you select (see below).

 How much is shipping?

We have several options for shipping within the entire United States:

(1) U.S. Post Office - First Class Mail

FREE SHIPPING. Any size order. Any quantity. No limit. And your shipment will arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping. All shipments are sent the day after they are ordered.

 (2) U.S. Post Office - Priority Mail

$7.99. Any size order. Any quantity. No limit. And your shipment will arrive in approximately 2-3 business days after shipping. All shipments are sent the day after they are ordered.

Please note that a "business day" is Monday through Friday, excluding all federal holidays.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
